no. openpasture uses satellite imagery. no sensors, collars, or drones required to get started. drones are optional for ground-truth validation.
how does per-operation pricing work?
one operation = one contiguous grazing area under unified management. multiple ranches or leased parcels each count as separate operations.
can i cancel anytime?
yes. monthly billing, cancel anytime. your data exports with you — we never lock in your grazing history.
what about my data?
your operational data is yours. export anytime in standard formats. the aggregated, anonymized patterns (not your individual data) help improve the model for everyone.
is this really open source?
the core agent kit is AGPL-3.0-only. the hosted cloud wraps it with authentication, a farm map dashboard, managed MCP hosting, and support. you can always self-host the kit from GitHub.
