Scope
These cover this website and OpenCollar reservations. The openpasture software is governed by AGPL-3.0.
Reservations
A reservation costs $50 per collar, paid through Stripe. It holds a place in line; it is not an order and does not guarantee a price, specification, or delivery date. Options and pricing may change. When production is ready you'll be invited to configure and confirm an order, and your reservation fee is applied to it. Until you confirm, the fee is fully refundable on request. If we never offer you an order, it is refunded in full.
Advice, not instructions
Move, stay, or ask is an input to your judgment. You are responsible for your animals and land. The software moves nothing.
No warranty
Provided as is. No liability for indirect or consequential losses where the law allows. cody@openpasture.dev
